Who we are
KS Property Maps is a property portfolio mapping service operated by KS Digital L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. KS Property Maps is offered to customers in the United Kingdom and elsewhere, and where we handle the personal data of people in the UK, UK data protection law (UK GDPR) applies to that processing. What we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and your role within your organisation's KS Property Maps account, provided when you sign up or when a colleague invites you.
Content you add. Property and site records, competitor entries, strategy points, notes, and photos that you or your team upload. This is your organisation's business data; we host and process it solely to provide the service.
Subscription status. Purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status (for example: trial started, renewed, cancelled) through our subscription-management provider so the app knows what to unlock.
Technical data. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell data. If we introduce crash-reporting in future to help fix faults, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To provide the service: hosting your organisation's data, showing it on the map, and syncing it across your team's devices (necessary to perform our contract with you).
- To manage subscriptions, trials, and access levels (contract).
- To keep the service secure and fix faults (our legitimate interest in running a reliable service).
- To respond when you contact us (legitimate interest).
Visibility within your organisation
KS Property Maps is a team product. Content added under your organisation's subscription is visible to other members of that organisation according to the roles your account owner sets. Your account owner controls who is invited and what they can see and edit.
Where your data lives
Your account data and content are stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, in its London (United Kingdom) region. Some of our service providers, listed below, may process limited data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, or your organisation's account is closed, associated personal data and content are deleted from live systems within 30 days, allowing for residual copies in routine backups which expire on their own cycle. We may retain minimal records where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can delete your account from within the app's settings, or email us and we'll handle it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) — though we'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
Children
KS Property Maps is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app or by email.
